IT Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer to be based in Villahermosa, Tabasco. As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing L2 application & workflow support to users (internal & external). You will also act as a proxy in communication with the Engineering team regarding the services DDH provides.

Responsibilities

• Service Operations Execution — executing data loading procedures, computing Rig states / Drill states and drilling KPI, checking results of the computations and configuring computation parameters, configuring new drilling KPI on demand.
• Infrastructure Management — servers, virtual machines, Oracle database, backup / recovery solution, administration of Performance Insights.
• Customer & workflow support — ensuring system availability for users, consulting on user workflow, KPI presentation, collecting user requirements and communicating with the engineering team. Manage support requests/tick...
