driven and tech-savvy Application Support Analyst (L1/L2)
to join their growing team in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide
    Level 1 and Level 2 application support
    for business-critical systems and platforms
  • Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis
  • Handle incident management, service requests, and escalations within defined SLAs
  • Work closely with development, product, and global support teams to resolve complex issues
  • Execute
    SQL queries
    for data validation, investigation, and reporting
  • Support application enhancements, deployments, and production releases
