Key Responsibilities
- Provide
Level 1 and Level 2 application support
for business-critical systems and platforms - Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis
- Handle incident management, service requests, and escalations within defined SLAs
- Work closely with development, product, and global support teams to resolve complex issues
- Execute
SQL queries
for data validation, investigation, and reporting - Support application enhancements, deployments, and production releases
