Your role and responsibilities:

As an IT Application Specialist at Xanadu, you’ll play a key role integrating and administering applications, supporting IT operations and front‑line technical support across the organization. You'll be involved in day‑to‑day troubleshooting, setting up new equipment, managing user access, and helping ensure smooth IT operations.
