Job Descriptions:
- Provide support on operation system to all SEA countries.
- Liaise with Asia Pacific IT team on operation system issues/ support/ changes.
- To coordinate training on operation system and ensure all SEA countries training requirement are met.
- To execute roll-out and implement operation system changes to all SEA countries.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships and drives communication with Asia Pacific IT team, service team, operations team & local management team, and ensuring improved customer satisfaction.
- To involve in major business functions in SEA as required.
- To perform any other functions and duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Professional certifications are an added advantage:
ITIL Foundation
