Job Descriptions:

  1. Provide support on operation system to all SEA countries.
  2. Liaise with Asia Pacific IT team on operation system issues/ support/ changes.
  3. To coordinate training on operation system and ensure all SEA countries training requirement are met.
  4. To execute roll-out and implement operation system changes to all SEA countries.
  5. Build and maintain strategic relationships and drives communication with Asia Pacific IT team, service team, operations team & local management team, and ensuring improved customer satisfaction.
  6. To involve in major business functions in SEA as required.
  7. To perform any other functions and duties which may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  2. Professional certifications are an added advantage:
