RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, scope, implement, and enhance the systems and programs our teams use.
  • Respond to requests from users intelligently and empathetically. Requests may include: managing our identity platform, MDM, WiFi, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian Cloud, macOS, mobile devices, printing, equipment requests, endpoint protection, information security, and others.
  • Manage hardware procurement, setup, and deployment.
  • Manage hardware inventory.
  • Manage software license and subscription allocations.
  • Confidently troubleshoot macOS issues.
  • Works closely with the Service Desk team to ensure the helpdesk is running smoothly.
  • Assist the People Ops team with onboarding/offboarding, and office/remote-office logistics as needed.
  • Produce and edit documentation for the IT team as well as user-facing guides to assist staff in orientation and everyday tasks in both English and Spanish.
