Job Description


  • Oversee IT systems and infrastructure, managing both in-house technology and outsourced partners to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Plan, monitor, and optimise information systems for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and automation opportunities.
  • Implement and maintain strong security measures and access controls to protect company systems and data.
  • Lead system implementations and upgrades, coordinating stakeholder consultation, user acceptance testing, and training.
  • Maintain and review IT-related contracts and vendors to ensure service continuity and optimum performance.
  • Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity strategies to minimise downtime and data loss during incidents.
  • Provide hands-on technical support, including troubleshooting issues across hardware, software, network, and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Jobtrak).
