You will provide Level II technical support while assisting with Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server environments. This position is a 2 month contract with potential to extend. Apply today!

Location: 100% Onsite in Monroe, WA
Schedule: 7am to 4pm PST (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
+ Provide Level II technical support for Windows workstations, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, Microsoft 365 applications, and general software issues.
+ Administer user accounts, permissions, multi-factor authentication (MFA), onboarding/offboarding activities, and shared resource access.
