What are we looking for?
Skills Required
5 years application configuration experience in UKG Central- ideally with Retail Industry exposure
Timekeeping, Accruals, Advance Scheduling, Forecasting and Reporting
Exposure to UKG WFM Pro (SaaS) highly desirable
Working knowledge of SuccessFactors preferred.
Experience working cross functionally.
Broad and expert skills and knowledge relevant to the IT systems being supported e.g., Kronos, Payroll.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.- Ability to influence key stakeholders with a strong customer focus.
Good Communication / Negotiation / Presentation skills.
Excellent Problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Knowledge of workforce management and HR processes is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
