Kronos System Administration: Schedule: Monday - Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

  • 5 years application configuration experience in UKG Central, ideally with Retail Industry exposure
  • Timekeeping, Accruals, Advance Scheduling, Forecasting and Reporting
  • Exposure to UKG WFM Pro (SaaS) highly desirable
  • Working knowledge of SuccessFactors preferred
  • Experience working cross functionally
  • Broad and expert skills and knowledge relevant to the IT systems being supported e.g., Kronos, Payroll
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills; ability to influence key stakeholders with a strong customer focus
  • Good Communication / Negotiation / Presentation skills
  • Excellent Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of workforce management and HR processes is a plus
