WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Manage IT service desk for incident resolution and service; Ensure software licenses and IT asset inventory records are properly maintained; Assist team lead in the procurement of end user computing products and services; Maintain IT documentation on user computing standards, service desk operation procedures and guidelines; Participate in various IT projects.
