Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • At least five (5) years of proven experience in an IT or technology-related industry and IT administrator role
  • Has a strong understanding of network administration, server management, desktop support, and maintaining assets in an office setting
  • Has proven experience in software installation and troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices applications, antivirus, office security systems, and alike
  • Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Highly collaborative, team player, and results-driven
