Responsibilities

  • Manage petty cash operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely expense reporting.
  • Conduct market visits and price evaluations to procure office supplies, equipment, and services at competitive rates.
  • Oversee vendor management activities, including sourcing, negotiations, contract coordination, and maintaining long-term supplier relationships.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, internal functions, and official gatherings, ensuring smooth operations and cost efficiency.
  • Support the Human Resources department in procurement processes and administrative matters.
