Job Summary

:

In this role, you will deploy computer hardware and provide desktop support to end users, providing support for MS Office, email, and collaboration platforms. You'll develop reports, dashboards, automate workflows, maintain IT asset inventory, and assist with proposal, study, and project plans. Your support will improve technological efficiency, contributing to project success and customer satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Deploying computing hardware and providing deskside support to end users.

  • Installing and supporting GBU standard applications.

  • Assisting with the implementation of and provides support for IS&T products, services and/or applications to individual studies and projects.
