Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Field & Remote ISP Technician to support residential (FTTH) and business customers across our fibre network. This hybrid role combines on-site technical work with remote diagnostics and customer support, ensuring fast fault resolution, high service quality, and excellent customer experience.
The ideal candidate has strong end-to-end understanding of fibre-to-the-home and business connectivity, customer edge equipment, and ISP troubleshooting processes.
