Responsibilities

  • Control and maintain ISO documents, procedures, and records
  • Ensure all documents are updated, approved, and properly distributed
  • Maintain document revision history and filing system
  • Assist in preparing documents for audits and inspections
  • Coordinate with departments to collect and update documentation
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies
  • Archive obsolete documents according to retention procedures
  • Support internal and external ISO audits

Education

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
