• Degree or equivalent in relevant subject and a nationally recognised qualification in training design, delivery and evaluation
• Academic Background - Engineering is an add on (information technology, computer science , Electronic, etc) 
• Qualified Lead auditor for ISO 27001, ISO preferred)
• Proven experience as an ISMS Auditor 
• Proven experience as signed off -Authorised Trainer, substantial experience and a demonstrable track record in innovative training design.
• Expertise in a wide variety of training and learning styles, techniques and methods.
• Evidence of training competency for both Face and Virtual Training  ( Train the Trainer certificate)
• Lead Auditor registration with a recognised body is expected
