We are looking for a Island Expedition/Tour Manager who is energetic, personable, and passionate about hospitality. If you enjoy working with guests, coordinating island activities, and making every stay memorable — this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests to ensure an amazing resort experience
  • Coordinate with tour guides and handle front‑end guest activities
  • Help organize island tours and daily guest schedules
  • Address guest concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Create a warm, fun, and relaxing atmosphere for all guests
  • Excellent communication and people skills

Qualifications

  • Hospitality, tourism, or customer service experience is a plus
  • Friendly, proactive, and organized
  • Certifications in First Aid and Swimming is a great advantage
