Irrigation Project Manager

Position Overview

The Project Manager (Irrigation Systems) supports the full project lifecycle of irrigation and rainwater harvesting works — from design coordination and procurement, to site execution, testing & commissioning, and handover. The role requires strong technical understanding, proactive coordination, and the ability to uphold Koon Seng’s standards in workmanship, communication, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination & Planning

• Planning project timelines, milestones, and weekly targets.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, main contractors, and other trades to resolve design or site issues.
• Ensure all drawings, method statements, materials, and submissions are prepared accurately and on time.
• Participate in technical meetings and prepare minutes of meeting (MOM) with clear action items.
