Ironworker / Field Welder

As an Ironworker on our Field Team, you’ll install and connect the structural and miscellaneous steel that brings commercial and industrial projects to life. From reading blueprints to working with cranes and aerial lifts, you’ll be hands‑on in creating safe, durable, and impressive structures.

What You’ll Do

• Work from erection drawings and blueprints to lay out and assemble steel components
• Use proper crane signals and operate aerial work platforms
• Install stairs, rails, ladders, platforms, roof supports, and other metalwork
• Support concrete, layout, and structural steel tasks

What You Bring

• Experience in construction, concrete, welding, or general labor
