IRIS Infrastructure Project Manager

This role is be responsible for developing and maintaining high-fidelity digital representations of physical telecom assets—including towers, rooftop installations, and antenna systems – providing service to all countries within the Cellnex footprint. It will also lead efforts in structural health monitoring, simulation, and lifecycle performance, supporting the integration of real-time data into our digital twin platform.

• Collaborate with country counterparts to align on uniform engineering criteria, modelling practices, and structural assessment processes across regions.
• Ensure consistent implementation of group-wide engineering methodologies and quality standards.
• Develop accurate, real-world 3D models of telecom structures, including towers, rooftop installations, and support frames.
• Incorporate material properties, load-bearing data, and precise geometric information into all infrastructure models.
