ROLE SUMMARY

The IR Consultant will be responsible for the full spectrum of Labour Relations advisory services at an assortment of clients. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum: Degree in Human Resources or Industrial psychology, LLB or a related field.
  • Advantageous: Relevant post graduate qualification will be advantageous.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the field.
  • Solid experience in dismissal procedures, conciliation and arbitration, drafting policies and contracts.
  • Experience representing at the CCMA & Bargaining Councils (Conciliation and Arbitration).
