Overview

Truly Green Farms is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IPM Coordinator to support our Operations Manager in daily greenhouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring healthy crops, effective operations, and a positive greenhouse environment. Only candidates eligible to work in Canada may apply.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor crop health, scout for pests and diseases, and assist with pruning and crop maintenance.
  • Support biological and chemical applications while following all safety and food safety protocols (CanadaGAP).
  • Collect and record crop data accurately, including plant growth, environmental conditions, and pest observations.
  • Participate in crop production meetings and assist with operational planning.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized greenhouse areas.
