Job Description

Lead conservation efforts in Nlaka’pamux Traditional Territory as an IPCA Coordinator. This role emphasizes community engagement and Indigenous-led conservation initiatives in an office-based setting.

As IPCA Coordinator, you will drive the creation and implementation of the Indigenous Protected and Conserved Area. Your key responsibilities will include managing community engagement sessions and supporting the LNIB IPCA Steering Committee. You’ll coordinate with Elders, community members, and external organizations to align conservation strategies with Indigenous perspectives and traditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan community engagement sessions and gather project feedback
