We are looking for an experienced IP / NOC Engineer to join our network operations team. The role involves managing advanced IP troubleshooting, supporting large-scale NOC operations, and ensuring minimal downtime for critical services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in routing, switching, and IP protocols, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive root cause analysis and long-term fixes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end IP troubleshooting and escalation support for critical incidents in the NOC environment.
• Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of core IP protocols including BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS L2/L3 VPN, Multicast, and QoS.
