IP Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Handle regular preventive maintenance on the SDx network and systems infrastructure in the data centers and in global PoP locations by means of executing changes in terms of physical, configuration and software.
• Support the expansion, upgrades and rollouts of new systems and network infrastructure involving hardware such firewalls, data center switches and servers together with virtual network functions such as firewalls and virtual routers for SD-WAN.
• Support engineering teams on new product/ feature implementation, node deployment and technical support matters.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to assess security vulnerability notices for all assets under SDX infrastructure and work on patching affected systems.
• Manage users and access to all SDx and related systems.
