IP Engineer

Overview of Position

The IP Engineer is an individual contributor with advanced background in IP Network Engineering design, implementation and operation.
The primary objective of the IP Engineer within the Edge Network Engineering team is to properly identify customer requirements and establish and deploy a solution which meets the customer’s needs and expectations. This will require disciplined compliance with change management best practices while working both independently and with cross-functional teams; this role will have opportunities to coach team members on complex technical issues, interface with other engineering and support groups internally, and engage with customer IT personnel on complex network/system performance and troubleshooting efforts.
