IP Access (Prov & Config) Engineer

Key Responsibility

• To participate in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible.
• Service Configuration & Provisioning as per guidelines and MOP.
• End to end standard orders testing, coordination with Field Teams for new delivery & NW Faults.
• Reporting Standard Order/Work Order status (Configuration & Provisioning Status).
• New Feature Implementation, System & Application Patch Introduction/Up gradation as per plan.
• Routinely generate Reports as per the requirement.
• Backup of NE/NMS components to internal/external system
• Asset and Configuration Management Support.
• L1 troubleshooting, Fault Analysis of Network issues.
• Collaborate & assist internal teams during network issues and service roll out.
• Support Change Introduction Impact Analysis, Change Management.
