Your main responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot connectivity in IoT Network
  • Supporting existing elements of Schindler IoEE Ecosystem
  • Manages technical requirements and expectations with local MNO
  • Support contract negotiation with the MNO
  • Support and maintenance of the SLA-s with MNO
  • Tests local configurations and releases for the Edge device
  • Troubleshoots of TeleAlarm and Telemonitoring

    • What you bring

  • University or bachelor’s degree in computer science, networking or electrical engineering
  • 6y+ experience in working with Mobile Networks
  • Very good understanding of Mobile Data and Voice
  • Very good understanding of Network Connectivity and Protocols
  • 4y+experience working with end-to-end mobile communication concepts (signaling, QoS, and protocols) and relevant technologies and services, including 2G, ...
