Job Summary:
The Apple Software & Hardware Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and troubleshooting Apple devices and systems across the organization. The role ensures optimal performance of macOS, iOS devices, Apple peripherals, and integrated applications, while delivering excellent customer service and technical expertise to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and related Apple software applications.
Provide hands-on support for Apple hardware including MacBook, iMac, iPad, iPhone, and Apple accessories (Magic Keyboard, Trackpad, AirPods, etc.).
Perform installation, configuration, and deployment of Apple devices according to company standards.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend solutions or process improvements.
Support applications commonly used in Apple environments (e.g., Mail, iCloud, AirDrop, Device Manager tools).
