About the role

Join TEOCO’s as an Invoice Processing Analyst on the night shift. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative professional to support critical invoice processing, urgent payment handling, and reconciliation activities during overnight hours. The role provides exposure to financial controls, utility/vendor invoicing, and internal systems used to govern payments.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming vendor and utility invoices received outside normal business hours and ensure accurate recording in TEOCO’s bill processing system.

• Research and execute urgent and late payments to prevent service disruptions, including analysis of past-due notices and high-priority accounts.
