We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoice Processing Executive to manage freight and expense invoice processing across multiple regions. The role involves accurate verification, processing, reconciliation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant payments.
JOB SCOPE
Review, verify, and process freight invoices in accordance with company policies and contractual terms
Ensure accuracy of freight charges including shipping rates, duties, taxes, and surcharges
Match invoices against purchase orders, shipping documents, and goods receipt notes
Coordinate with logistics providers and internal supply chain teams to resolve discrepancies
Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all freight transactions
Ensure timely processing and payment to avoid service disruption
