Invoice and processing clerk (night shift), maitland

Overview

Maitland (Cape Town) based client is a leader in the hospitality industry looking for 2 x experienced Process and Invoice Clerks to join their night shift team. The successful candidate will be a detail-driven South African with 2+ years’ experience generating invoices, checking stock, generating orders, GRNs / GRVs, etc. who thrives under pressure and has strong Pastel V19 skills.

NOTE: Working hours: 22:00 – 07:00 / Preference will be given to male applicants, but females are also encouraged to apply

Requirements Grade 12 with Maths & Accounting 2+ years’ invoice, GRNs and GRVs experience (min. of 100 processed per day) Pastel v19 expertise Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure Strong attention to detail Problem-solving and organisational skills Customer service focused Data entry proficiency Live within easy commute to Maitland Own transport (due to working hours) Responsibilities...
