Role overview FraX is building a new way for retail investors to invest in premium real estate through a digital-first platform. We are hiring a customer-facing operator who can convert high-intent users and support them through the full journey —from signup to first investment and post-investment queries.
What you will own
Call and convert warm leads: Speak to interested users, explain the product clearly, handle objections, and drive them to complete the investment.
Onboarding and journey support: Help users complete KYC, e-sign, and payments; resolve drop-offs with strong follow-ups.
Post-investment support: Handle customer queries after investment and coordinate internally to resolve issues quickly and correctly.
Pipeline discipline: Track every user interaction (status, notes, next step, follow-up date) and ensure no lead is dropped.
