Core Responsibilities
- Shareholder Communication: Draft and distribute investor presentations, quarterly earnings scripts, press releases, and annual reports.
- Investor Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, analysts, and retail shareholders. Coordinate roadshows, investment conferences, and annual general meetings.
- Financial Analysis & Modeling: Interpret complex financial data to assess share price performance and build financial models to support strategic decisions.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor analyst sentiment, conduct peer-set analysis, and provide senior leadership with regular reports on market reactions and shareholder feedback.
