Investor Relations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional with relevant experience , including hands-on exposure in a listed company environment . The role will be responsible for managing communication between the company and the investment community, ensuring transparent, timely, and compliant disclosures in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and investors, analysts, and shareholders
• Manage quarterly earnings calls, investor presentations, analyst meets, and roadshows
• Prepare and review financial presentations, earnings releases, investor decks, annual reports, and fact sheets
• Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR) regulations , stock exchange disclosures, and corporate governance norms
