Key Responsibilities
Analyzing/preparing the company’s operating and financial results to SET/shareholders/investors/rating agencies.Organizing the company’s financial communication events including roadshows, analyst meetings, press releases/conferences, and shareholder meetings.Preparing the company’s Annual Report and Form 56-1.Preparing and maintaining effective investor/shareholder communication channels/tools including websites, newsletters, annual reports, and social media.Managing day-to-day investor/analyst inquiries, providing inputs/feedback to the company’s management as well as handling crisis management.Represent the company to maintain and manage the long-term relationship with existing and potential domestic and international investors, research analysts, and financial media.Acting as the company’s spokesperson in communication...
