We are currently partnering with a Venture Capital Firm in Singapore and they are looking for an Investment Professional to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Analyze global market trends, identify attractive opportunities, and build strong founder and co‑investor networks to generate differentiated deal flow.
Lead the full transaction process, including commercial assessment, detailed due diligence, risk-return analysis, structuring, and term negotiations.
Prepare investment materials and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
Monitor portfolio company performance, evaluate strategic initiatives, and support value‑creation efforts such as management assessment, business development, and brand positioning to enhance long‑term returns.
Contribute to broader strategic initiatives and internal processes alongside senior leadership.
