Key Roles and Responsibilities

Key focus on driving end-to-end deal processes, including origination and evaluation of potential transactions, leading the development of business cases, doing market and competitive analysis, building of financial models, formulating proposals of deal structures as well as managing the post-transaction integration under the leadership of senior members of the deal team. The position is based in Vietnam, with full integration into the regional deal making effort, but involves international collaboration with the deal teams in other locations as well as the wide network of Senior Advisors around the world.
