You will play an integral part in scaling the Ukraine Fund, leveraging Norfund’s established platform, track record, and collaborative culture. This role provides a unique opportunity to further develop your investment expertise while contributing to meaningful impact in Ukraine. The Ukraine Fund invests across all Norfund’s key investment areas: agribusiness, manufacturing, renewable energy, green infrastructure, financial institutions and funds.

In this role, you will lead investment projects with support from junior colleagues and peers, while reporting to senior leadership. You will contribute across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and execution to active ownership and exit. The position is based in Oslo
