Investment Analyst (M&A) - kitchener

This is a full‑time, permanent role. The Due Diligence Analyst will be part of the Mergers and Acquisition team and will support activities related to due diligence and execution of acquisitions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct overview and analysis of commercial and financial data of acquisition targets.
• Formulate and present the assessment of the acquisition targets’ initial fit.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and recognize new acquisition opportunities.
• Identify software businesses that meet our acquisition criteria/metrics and move opportunities through the deal cycle.
