The Due Diligence Analyst will be part of the Mergers and Acquisition team and will support activities related to due diligence and execution of acquisitions. Responsibilities

Conduct overview and analysis of commercial and financial data of acquisition targets. Formulate and present the assessment of the acquisition targets’ initial fit. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and recognize new acquisition opportunities. Identify software businesses that meet our acquisition criteria/metrics and move opportunities through the deal cycle.
