Investigator I

Job Description
The Investigator builds relationships and assists Leadership with various tasks, including coaching and development opportunities with employees and assisting HR Leadership with various compliance related projects. This position involves a high degree of responsibility and will assist with compliance reporting, interpretation of policies and regulations to advise Leadership of appropriate courses of action, and managing the unemployment, termination, and retirement processes.

Responsibilities
* Assist with investigations pertaining to employee-related issues and ensure consistent application of applicable Company policies as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
* Partner and consult with HR, Legal, Security, Safety, Internal Audit, and other departments to conduct a prompt, thorough, and fair investigation.
