Investigation Lead

Location: Waterford (hybrid)
Contract Type: 12-month, highly extendable


Purpose of Role: 
Lead Event investigations and document the results in the Phenix Event and CAPA Module

Job Requirements:

  • Manage, coordinate and conduct the leading of all required investigations in the events management system.

  • Ensuring, timely progression, through investigation, generation of robust CAPA to prevent reoccurrence and compliance to the regulatory and company requirements.

  • Provide support for external and internal audits in relation to the investigation for relevant deviations in association with the SME.
