Job Description

  • Oversee inbound/outbound processes, ensure 100% record-keeping compliance, conduct weekly cycle counts and quarterly physical inventories, investigate discrepancies, and maintain FIFO systems.
  • Enforce standardized procedures for all material requests, manage a batching system for projects, supervise returns, manage consignment inventory, and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Train, supervise, and schedule inventory staff. Ensure strict procedural adherence, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and safety.
  • Prepare and present monthly inventory reports, communicate stock issues to Purchasing, and liaise with Sales, Project, and Accounting teams to support operations and audits.
  • Maintain an organized, zoned, and labeled warehouse. Ensure a safe, clean, secure work environment and full compliance with company and industry regulations.
