Inventory Staff

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business related course.
• Minimum of 1-year warehouse experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in measurement techniques and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory systems efficiently.
• Ability to use measurement tools effectively.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments, verify their contents, and compare them with records such as manifests or purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
• Ensuring that all received and dispatched items are encoded in the monitoring file
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
• Printing of invoices, delivery receipts, and SOA
