Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect deliveries for quantity, quality, and accuracy
  • Record and update inventory data using inventory sheets or software
  • Organize and label items in cold storage, freezers, and dry storage areas
  • Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors when items need replenishing
  • Enforce First-In, First-Out (FIFO) practices to minimize waste
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to issue items as needed for daily operations
  • Report damaged or expired stock to supervisors
  • Assist with monthly or quarterly audits as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
