TEKsystem's is seeking an inventory specialist to handle the shipping and receiving for the Prefabrication dept. The following skills will be required.
1. Experience working as an apprentice or electrician in field or in a prefab warehouse
2. Receiving shipments of all material for our prefabrication department delivered to USIS’ warehouse into our Procurement database
3. Verifying packing list counts against material physically delivered by our vendors
4. Communicating with Prefab regarding the receipts of material and working to determine if material is intended for their use or their job’s use on-site
5. Reporting to Purchasing any inconsistencies with material received versus material ordered. Examples include but are not limited to:
• Part number is different than what was purchased
• Manufacturer differs from what was purchased
• Quantity does not match what was purchased
