Overview

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels, tracking stock movements, conducting audits, and ensuring proper storage and documentation of truck spare parts. The role supports efficient warehouse operations and helps prevent inventory shortages or overstocking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and analyze inventory movement of all operating sites
• Lead the conduction of regular physical inventory and cycle counts
• Monitor compliance of operating sites for inventory process and related documentation
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and prepare reports
