Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage future forecasts using historical trends, pricing, and promotional activity
  • Work cross-functionally with Category Management, Strategy Planning, and Operations
  • Collaborate with the Product team to improve merchandising processes
  • Manage vendor Purchase Orders and monitor metrics like on-time delivery and fill rate
  • Drive projects and initiatives by forming strong cross-functional relationships

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, index matches)
  • Ability to organize and analyze large, complex data setsStrong pattern recognition and data discrepancy identification skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and Google Workspace
