Inventory Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an Inventory Manager to implement, monitor and analyse inventory processes that safeguard the integrity of store stock. This role will identify and report financial stock risk exposure, drive actions to positively influence business cash flow and improve stock holding efficiencies. Through accurate reporting, strong controls and proactive problem‑solving, you will ensure optimal stock accuracy, availability and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the full stock count plan, including National, Regional and ad‑hoc counts.
• Ensure effective exit management controls to minimise stock losses.
• Manage Dormant, Obsolete and Overstock processes to optimise working capital.
• Analyse stock discrepancies and posting variances and advise Store Management on corrective actions.
